Shipping Policy

Shed Supply ships to Canada and United States. A import fee (customs fee) will need to be paid by the customer to the shipping carrier (UPS) before your package can be delivered. Please contact us if you have any questions. We use standard USPS or UPS Ground shipping, which means that your order typically arrives within 3-5 business days. All windows are shipped using Fedex only. Please expect delayed deliveries on your orders due to the holidays and poor weather, depending on the season. 

Please note that if your delivery address is inaccurate or incomplete, it may result in a delay in filling your order or cause an order cancellation. Shed Supply is not responsible for late or lost deliveries. If you’ve experienced a problem with delivery, please refer to our Return Policy.
